You may just be feeling sad or you may have a specific issue that you wish to explore. Talking about that particular issue or your life with someone can be challenging and takes a lot of courage.
I offer a safe and supportive space to explore whatever may be troubling you. I am specialised in: anxiety & depression, low self-esteem & lack of confidence, bereavement / loss, self harm, traumatic experiences.
How do I work?
When you first contact me, you will be invited for an initial consultation (online or face to face). This is a chance for you to meet me and ask any questions, we will then decide together if you would like to move forward with your therapy.
I offer individual therapy on a regular, weekly basis with the same appointment time and duration (usually 50 mins) each week. Early mornings, day-time and evening session are available. Sessions may be short term (from 6-12 weeks) or open-ended with agreed review points.
On special occasions the initial consultation is offered free of charge.
